High viscosity & water solubility

1% xanthan glue solution viscosity is equivalent to the same concentration of gelatin solution viscosity 100 times, thickening, increasing viscosity effect is remarkable.

Unique pseudo-plastic rheological characters

Under the condition of constant temperature, the solution of xanthan gum can have reversible changes of sol and gel with the change of external mechanical force. Therefore, it is a kind of advanced emulsion stabilizer. It also has obvious rheological properties when it is mixed with locust bean gum and other gums in appropriate proportion.


Excellent temperature & pH stability

Xanthan gum can basically maintain its original viscosity and properties in a relatively large temperature (-18-120℃) and pH (2-12) range, so it has reliable thickening effect and freeze-thaw stability.

Satisfactory compatibility

It can form a stable thickening system with acid, alkali, salt, enzyme, surfactant, preservative, oxidant and other thickening agents at the same time, and maintain the original rheological properties.
